About Kevin Cunningham

Kevin Cunningham is a respected attorney and he is committed to justice, fairness and integrity.

Kevin Cunningham was born and raised in Chicago. He attended Brother Rice High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Illinois University.

In 1992 Kevin Cunningham graduated from The John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois Bar.

In 1992 Kevin was hired as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney where he worked for six years. In 1998 he became an Associate Attorney at Robin P. Jesk & Associates where he was lead counsel for all criminal and personal injury cases.

In 2001 Kevin founded his own general practice law firm in the Village of Oak Lawn.

Kevin Cunningham is an experienced trial attorney and has tried hundreds of cases in the Cook County Court System. He is currently the Oak Lawn Village Prosecutor.

Kevin Cunningham lives with his wife Sarah in Chicago. They have three children and are active members of St. John Fisher Parish.
